Michelle and Heath got married Saturday! We had such a good time up in the mountains celebrating with them. Here are all of my pictures from the wedding and reception. It was so good to see everyone, and they could not have asked for more perfect weather! It was a beautiful day in the Tennessee mountains. There were so many ASU people there, that we had to take a picture of our reunion:




















All but 3 are from the geography department!

In other news, the last kitten left yesterday to go home with Mike and Laurie. I miss the little booger running around the house. This morning, Daniel took LuLu to the vet to get her fixed, and she's all I can think about today. I'm going to pick her up on my way home from work, and of course, 5:00 won't be here soon enough!

No more kittens.

The babies went to their new homes Saturday. Allison came to get little Beefcake (the tabby), Joan and Catherine came to get Chloe (gray girl), Dan, Kenzie, and Maya came to get Diamond (gray and white girl), and Shay came to get Sasha (gray boy). LuLu spent most of Saturday looking for the missing babies around the house. We still have little Daisy (the black girl), so at least LuLu has her to keep her happy for now. And yesterday, she seemed better about her babies missing. It's not going to be a fun week for her now that we are going to get her fixed though. I miss all of the babies and the craziness that came along with them, but it's so nice to know that they all went to such good homes!

Yay long weekend!

I'm taking off work tomorrow because Erica K. is coming to visit us tonight. We are going to Thirsty Thursday at the Crawdad's game tonight, and tomorrow, she and I are going up to Boone. She just turned 21 a few weeks ago, and she simply MUST have a beer on the porch at the 'shroom! We are also going to stop in Blowing Rock on the way home to see Mom and Dad at Uncle Tom's mansion. Then we'll go out downtown tomorrow night for some fun and drinky-poos. Saturday is when the kittens will be going to their new homes. :( I am going to miss the little furballs so much, but I will be glad to have my garage back! I'm worried that LuLu will really miss them a LOT. Do you know that we caught her nursing them the other day?! We thought she was finished with that! Saturday night, David, Erica C., and I are going to Charlotte to see Gwen Stefani! Woot! Yay for $10 lawn tickets! There's a 40% chance of rain though, so we might be dancing in the rain, but we'll make the most of it!
