Busy, Busy, Busy. (And an update on my bruise.)
Daniel and I went to the beach last week! We were at Isle of Palms in South Carolina Saturday-Wednesday. The weather was perfect, the family was fun as always, and we had soooo much good food to eat. It was hard to come back to work yesterday!!! I have beach pictures over here, but I didn't take too many this year. I also (finally) have tubing pictures up here. Last night we went to WPCOG night at the Crawdad's game. It was fun, but Daniel and I left after the 5th inning because we were still tired from our beach trip. (There are a few pictures from the game here, here, and here.) After work today, we are headed to Asheville for Bele Chere where we're going to see David LaMotte and the Gin Blossoms! (I have big plans to sleep in tomorrow morning!) Then, tomorrow night we're going to Daniel's friend Ashley's 30th birthday party in Madison. whew! We're going to need another vacation! Oh! And Wednesday night, I'm going to see Ben Folds and John Mayer in Charlotte with Allison! Yay!
Now, for an update on my sexy bruise... Daniel says that for me to be so modest, I have no problem hiking up my shorts to show it off. How can I not though? It's been 2 weeks, and it is still the hotness:
